When your website is ready for general public viewing, you need to upload your webpages to your web server. You can buy space on the server from various providers (observe how much would it cost to do something on the web?). Once you settle on which supplier to use, the company shall email you the access information, in the form of an SFTP Link usually, username, security password, and other information needed to hook up to their server.
